| Abstract: | Concept,status and effect about three phases' electric balance technique for electric energy saving have been introduced.Furthermore makeup and pivotal principle on phases' electric balance technique have been analysed from low to depth.Theoretic effect produced by phases' electric balance technique have been analysed with vector analytical method. |
