乐滩水电站施工策划与管理

乐滩水电站工程地质复杂、施工强度高、工期紧以及要确保老厂安全营运。在面对诸如临建工程及一期导流工程几乎与主体工程同步开工、施工过程受不良地质影响和基坑严重漏水而延误工期以及珠三角洲"压咸冲淡"指令调水影响等诸多困难面前,广西水电工程局在各方密切配合下,进行科学策划,精心组织,采取有力的措施和科学的管理,使电站首台机组提前发电,全部机组提前建成投产,工程也获得了国家优质工程银质奖,创造了国内同类电站施工建设的先进水平。

Construction Planning and Management of Letan Hydropower Station

Letan Hydropower Station is built at the area with complicated geologic conditions.The work of construction is hard in a rather short period of time. Moreover,the safe operation of the old plant must be ensured.Despite of many difficulties including simultaneous commencement of temporary works,1st phase diversion work and main works,the impact of poor geologic conditions,delay due to severe leakage of foundation pit,the impact of water diversion under the instruction of ＂Repelling Saltwater Intrusion and Supplementing Freshwater＂ at the Pearl River Delta,Guangxi Hydroelectric Construction Bureau takes effective measures and introduces scientific management to enable the first unit of the station generate power and all units be put into operation ahead of schedule.The project is awarded with National Excellent Engineering Silver Medal for its advanced level in construction of similar projects in China.
