| 摘 要： | 在制造企业中效率管理是一项重要的基础工作，生产系统效率的高低很大程度上影响着企业整体运作效率。在深入制造企业调研的基础上，研究了我国制造企业生产系统效率管理中存在的问题，分析了制造企业生产系统效率评价体系，最后提出了基于平衡计分卡的思想建立生产系统效率管理体系。

| Abstract: | Efficiency management is important and basal in manufacturing industry, which has a strongeffect on the comprehensive efficiency of factories. After sufficient investigation to factories,the problems about efficiency management in our manufacturing are studied. Then theevaluation system of production efficiency is analyzed, and the efficiency managementsystem based on the thought of balanced score card is finally established. |
