摘    要:采用高温熔融法以消除粒度效应,并减少基体效应的影响。选择铁元素的Kβ线为分析线,以钴的Kα线为TFe的内标线绘制TFe的工作曲线,获得满意的分析结果。

Abstract:The granularity effects are eliminated and the influences of matrix effect are decreased by high temperature melting technique.The Kβ line of iron element is selected as analysis line.The calibration curve of TFe is drawn with Kα 1ine of cobalt as an internal standard line of TFe,thereby the satisfactory analysis results are obtained.
