智能电网用户侧接口用例分析

摘    要:制定智能电网标准是实现电网领域信息互操作的关键,用例收集和用例分析在标准开发过程起到至关重要的作用。提出中国智能电网用户侧接口的用例分类方法,并与美国的用例分类方法作对比分析;描述用例建模的过程,并使用用例分析方法,对负荷管理类中的遥控和本地控制用户负荷这一典型业务进行了用例描述。

Abstract:The development of smart grid standards is the key to achieve information interoperability of grid domain, while collection and analysis of use case play a crucial role in process of standard development. This paper proposes a classification method for use cases of smart grid user-side interfaces in China, and compared with that in the United State. After the common modeling process of use case, typical business use cases, the remote and local control on customer loads belong in load management class, was described by means of use case analysis.
