摘    要:智能变电站状态监测系统是智能电网建设的重要内容,其中智能变电站状态监测系统站内接口通信规范的研究成为热点问题。文章介绍了智能变电站状态监测系统及其站内接口概况,对站内通信协议栈、通信模型、功能与抽象通信服务接口、配置等方面的内容进行定义,研究并规定了变电站内各监测装置与综合监测单元数据传输规约的帧结构、报文内容结构、传输规则,并将研究内容应用于220 kV智能变电站中,取得良好的效果。

Abstract:The smart substation condition monitoring system is an important topic of smart grid construction, in particular the interface communication specifications of the smart substation condition monitoring system have been a hot research topic. This paper first gives an overview of smart substation monitoring system and station interfaces profiles, and then describes the communication protocol stack, communication models, functionalities and abstract communication service interface, configuration and so on, further studies frame structure, message content structure, and transport rules of data transmission protocol applicable to the substation monitoring unit and various monitoring devices. The application of the proposed method to a certain 220 kV smart substation has good effects.
