化纤切断刀刃口角度的模拟分析与设计

摘    要:在实验室条件下,用自制的小型短纤维切断装置对化纤切断刀刃口角度与耐用度之间的关系进行了研究。结果发现,刃口角度过小或过大都会降低切断刀的耐用度,一定生产条件下切断刀存在一个最佳的刃口角度。进一步采用有限元分析方法对纤维切断过程中切断刀的受力情况进行了分析,结果表明,当切断刀前角为19°、后角为14°时,刀片的耐用度最高。

Abstract:Under laboratory conditions,the relationship between endurance of high-speed steel cutter and the blade edge angle is investigated through simulating the process of cutting polyester staple with a self-made miniature fiber cutting equipment. The result shows that it will decrease the cutter blade's endurance seriously,when the angle is very small or large. Under certain production conditions,there is an optimum edge angle. The force condition of the cutter blade in the cutting process is obtained from the result of the FEM simulation and analysis and the result shows that the blade has the highest durability when its rake angle is 19°and relief angle is 14°.
