| 摘 要： | 在移相式轮廓测量法（PMP）中，提出了基于快速傅里叶变换（FFT）的相移校正算法。利用计算机仿真技术发现，在移相式轮廓测量法的固定步长出现定值偏差时，在测量结果频域的光栅二倍频处出现峰值。据此提出定值相移误差的频域检测方法，并通过滤波使误差得到抑制。

| Abstract: | In phase measuring profilometry (PMP),a new calibration algorithm of phase shifting based on fast Fourier transform (FFT) is presented.With the help of computer emluator,it is found that a peak appear at double fundamental frequency spectrum of fringe pattern in Fourier domain,when there is a fixed error in each step of the moving of the project grating.Based on this,a new method of test error in Fourier domain is presented,and the error is minished by filter. |
