| 摘 要： | 影响管理局资金紧张的原因有三点:一是受企业自身管理和经营的影响;二是受市场环境的影响;三是受政策方面的影响。针对上述原因提出解决对策:1、严格奖惩,层层传递压力,确保资金回笼;2、盘活存量资金,加强集中管理,不断提高资金使用效率;3、优化筹资理财,精心运作,切实降低资金成本;4、加强沟通,积极反映情况,努力争取集团公司的政策支持。
