| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics of stock right and the major problems in the governing structure of the listed companies in China, this paper puts forward that the three aspects should be paid attention to, namely, carrying out the adjustment of stock right structure, strengthening the construction of directorate, and attaching importance to the effect of supervising mechanism. |
