便携式CCD尺寸检测技术研究

摘    要:便携式尺寸检测系统具有非接触、使用灵活的特点,可以应用于环境复杂、仪器不易摆放的场所,本文介绍了便携式尺寸检测系统工作原理,并对影响测量精度的光学系统几何畸变、距离信息采集、曝光时间等各种因素进行了分析,尤其针对便携式系统提出了手动扫描极小值采集测量方案,提高了系统的检测精度.

Abstract:The portable dimensional gaging system has unique advantages such as non-contact measurement, easy to be conducted and applicable to more complex environment where other equips can not be placed in.
