大豆纤维的低温等离子体处理及其染色性能研究

摘    要:采用低温等离子体处理纺织材料,可改变纤维的表面化学结构和形态,并使其染色性能发生相应的变化.文章采用低温等离子体对大豆纤维进行表面处理,以增加大豆纤维间的抱合力,改善其染色性.同时,通过比较处理前后大豆纤维在不同温度、pH值等条件下上染速率的变化,研究了低温等离子体处理对大豆纤维染色性能的影响.结果表明,处理后的大豆纤维染色速率、平衡上染率都有所提高,可降低染色温度和染色时酸的用量,从而减小纤维损伤.

Abstract:Chemical structure and surface form of textile fiber can be changed after the treatment with low temperature plasma and the corresponding changes also can be occurs to fiber's dyeing performance.In this thesis,the low temperature plasma is employed to treat soybean fiber so that dyeing performance improved.It also investigates the effect of low temperature plasma on dyeing performance of soybean fiber by comparing the changes with treatment of dyeing speed rate of the soybean fiber in different temperatures,pH values and so on.The results show that the speed of dyeing and the percentages of balance dyeing have a sharp increased after treated.It can reduce the dyeing temperature and the dosage of acid without damaging the bulk fiber structure.
