| 摘 要： | 江苏省井神盐业股份有限公司60万吨盐硝联产扩建工程生产自动化采用DCS控制系统，分别对盐硝工艺生产过程、卤水净化工艺生产过程实现DCS控制，所有工艺参数检测、设备运行、停止、事故、联锁、监视、控制都由操作工在中央控制室完成，真正实现了盐硝生产自动控制。

| Abstract: | DCS is adopted in automatic operation of the expansion project of 600,000 tpa eoproduction of salt and glauber＇ s salt in Jiangsu Provincial Jingshen Salt Co.,Ltd. DCS controls the salt and glauber＇ s salt production process and brine purification process. All the monitor and control of process parameters, equipment running and shotdown, accidents, interlock are accomlished in the central control room by operators. Fully automatic control of the production of salt and glauber＇ s salt is realized. |
