| Abstract: | For CMCC, full services access means to fill the gaps of wired access because the transportation networks of CMCC have been constructed around the base station access and not for resources reserve of wired access. The pipelines of CMCC don’t meet the needs if copying indiscriminately the mode of construction of CTC. CMCC should develop wired access according to the networks structure, networks resources, users. |
