亚麻及其混纺织物的抗紫外线性能评价

摘    要:测试了不同纱细度、不同覆盖系数的亚麻及其混纺织物的紫外透过率和抗紫外指数(UPF值);分析了厚度、覆盖系数、颜色对亚麻及其混纺织物的抗紫外性能的影响,并从人体夏季着装状态方面讨论了服装的抗紫外性能。指出在通常情况下,薄型亚麻及其混纺织物有待于通过抗紫外线整理剂整理提高其抗紫外性能;成衣后,在服装组合中不必过分忧虑紫外线对人体着装部分产生的伤害。

Abstract:The ultraviolet penetration proportion and ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) of different kinds of thickness and percent cover of flax and its blend fabrics were studied. The influence of the thickness, percent cover and color on UV-Protective ability were analyzed. The UV-Protective ability of clothing worn in summer was discussed. The results showed that the UV-Protective ability of thin linen and the blend fabrics could be improved by adding shield agent of ultraviolet. The harm of ultraviolet on clothed-layers body did not occure.
