| Abstract: | In the current circumstances of limited investment to the hydrolic construction, the author suggested that, in order to improve engineering benefit, we should modificate and develope potential to the hydrolic engineering, optimaze design and construction technique and strongthen scientific manage to the hydrolic engineering. Those are the important parts for increas mode in water economy transform to the intensive type. |
