| 摘 要： | 以3，4-二羟基苯甲醛为原料，在碱液作用下进行选择性甲基化反应，合成异香兰素，并对影响反应产物的质量分数及产率的因素进行了分析。结果表明，在反应时间为3h，反应温度为70℃，n（硫酸二甲酯）：n（氢氧化钠）：n（3，4-二羟基苯甲醛）-0．85：0．85：1的最佳条件下，反应总收率可达到75％，其中异香兰素收率70％。 |

| Abstract: | Isovanillin was prepared by the selective methylation reaction of 3,4 -2-dihydroxybenzaldehyde un- der aqueous caustic. Effect factors on the yield and property of the product were studied. The optimal operation conditions are as follows： the reaction time 3 h, the reaction temperature 70 ℃, the molar ratio of dimethyl sul- fate and sodium hydroxide and 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde 0. 85 ： 0. 85 ： 1. The yield of aldehydes reached 75% under the best processing conditions,and the yield of isovanillin is 70%. |
