摘    要:结合吉林石化公司有机合成厂循环冷却水系统的实际运行情况,分析了循环冷却水系统存在的问题。指出循环水系统换热器漏氨、漏有机物及产生生物粘泥的主要危害,提出和制定了有效的对策,保障了循环水系统的经济运行。

Abstract:Combined with the actual operation of the circulating cooling water system of Organic Syn- thesis Plants of Jilin Petrochemical Company, the problem of the circulating cooling water syslem was analyzed. The hazards of heat exchanger leaking ammonia, the organics spillage and producing the sticky mud sedimentation of the circulating water system were pointed out. To these problems, the ef- fective countermeasures were proposed and developed. Some suggestions on the economic operation of the circulating water were put forward.
