摘    要:介绍了用有限元法计算91型双圆弧齿轮凹弧单点啮合变形的方法。指出:齿轮的模数、螺旋角及齿轮材料的弹性模量是影响其受力后变形的主要因素。在大量数值计算的基础上,回归出了双圆弧齿轮凹弧单点啮合变形的计算公式。本文的分析方法和结论,对双圆弧齿轮受力后的变形计算与振动分析有所帮助。

Abstract:In the paper,we discuss the finite element method for calculating deformation at concave arc on 91 model double circular arc tooth profile and obtain that the factors effecting deformation are module, helical angle and coefficient of elasticiy. Based on numerical analysis, we regress the equation to calculate deformation at concave arc. The obtaind result is useful to analyze the deformation and vibration of double circular arc gear.
