摘    要:通过室内系列试验,对中国石油化工股份有限公司胜利油田分公司孤东油田注水系统管道的腐蚀机理进行了研究,结果表明引起各注水管道腐蚀的主要因素是注水水质的高矿化度和高腐蚀性离子含量。同时,在同一条件下对各注水管道的腐蚀程度进行了对比,进一步提出了防止腐蚀的技术措施是选择20号钢材料,并配合加注质量浓度为40mg/L的HT-8缓蚀剂,可使缓蚀率达到94%以上。综合使用这种措施,可以实现对注水管道腐蚀的良好抑制,对油田生产具有重要的指导作用。

Abstract:The corrosion fouling mechanisms of water injection pipes of Gudong Oilfield have been studied through a series of in - house experiments. The major elements that cause the corrosion are revealed, i.e. high minerality and high corrosive ion content of the injected water. The different degrees of corrosion of every water injection pipes under the same conditions are compared. The technical measures such as selection of 20# steel pipes, addition of a HT - 8 corrosion inhibitor at a dosage of 40 mg/L can elevate the corrosion inhibition rate to over 94 %. The implementation of these measures can effectively control the corrosion of water injection pipelines and ensure the longterm operation of oil field.
