加氢热低分气空冷器腐蚀与防护

摘    要:对在加氢装置高压空冷腐蚀状况、腐蚀机理研究的基础上,结合某厂加氢装置热低分气空冷发生腐蚀泄漏的实际案例,以该厂实际生产数据为依据,分析计算了该空冷的工艺条件以及相关腐蚀数据。通过分析,对该类空冷发生腐蚀的主要形式、腐蚀的主要因素以及防护措施进行了探讨。

Abstract:Based upon the research on the corrosion and corrosion mechanisms of high - pressure air coolers in the hydrotreating unit and through a case study on the hot LP separator gas air coolers corrosion leakage and operating data of a hydrotreating unit in a refinery, the operating conditions and associated corrosion data of the air cooler are analyzed. The main corrosion forms, corrosion factors and corrosion prevention measures of the cooler are studied.
