重油催化裂化分馏塔顶后冷器的腐蚀

摘    要:介绍了炼油厂重油催化裂化分馏塔顶后冷器管束的腐蚀情况,对腐蚀原因进行了分析。分析了国内在用的Ni-P镀层管束、7910涂料(环氧氨基树脂)涂层管束在油气使用环境中存在的问题。介绍了钛纳米聚合物涂料的耐腐蚀性能,采用钛纳米聚合物防腐蚀涂层管束解决了脱水塔顶气体冷凝器管束的腐蚀问题。

Abstract:The corrosion of overhead after - cooler tubes of a RFCC main fractionator is introduced. The problems in application of Ni - P coated tubes and 7910 dope ( expoxy amino resin) coated tubes in oil vapor service are studied. The corrosion resistance of Ti - nano polymer coating is described. The installation of tube bundles applied with Ti - nano polymer coating has solved the corrosion problem of overhead condenser tubes of dehydration tower.
