摘    要:采用不同氧化剂对活性炭进行处理后再负载金属离子,以提高其对燃油中噻吩类硫化物的吸附性能。采用均匀设计对硝酸浓度、氧化温度、Cu~(2+)负载量、焙烧温度及焙烧时间等5个因素进行优化,采用直观分析和二次多项式逐步回归分析法进行数据处理,得到较优的活性炭故性工艺条件:硝酸浓度为15mol/L,氧化温度为100℃,Cu~(2+)负载量(以CuO质量分数计)为15%,焙烧温度为150℃,焙烧时间为4.5h。在此工艺条件下制备的活性炭吸附剂对二苯并噻吩的穿透硫容和饱和硫容分别达到9.3mg/g和14.7mg/g。油品中的竞争物质对活性炭吸附剂脱除苯并噻吩性能的影响强弱顺序为:芳烃>烯烃。

Abstract:Activated carbon was modified through treatment with different oxidants and then metal ions to improve its desulfurization performance for thiophenic sulfur compounds in fuel oil.The effects of nitric acid concentration,oxidation temperature,Cu~(2+)loading,calcination temperature and calcination time on the modification were studied by means of the homogeneous design.The experiment data was processed through visual analysis and quadratic polynomial stepwise regression analysis.And the optimum modification conditions for the activated carbon were obtained as follows: nitric acid concentration 15 mol/L,oxidation temperature 100℃,Cu~(2+)loading(based on CuO mass fraction)15%,calcination temperature 150℃ and calcination time 4.5 h.Under these conditions,the breakthrough and saturated sulfur capacity for dibenzothiophene were 9.3 mg/g and 14.7 mg/g, respectively.The effects of the various hydrocarbons on the competitive adsorption of benzothiophene on the modified activated carbon were investigated.It was observed that the influences of the hydrocarbons on the adsorption were in the order:aromatics>olefin.
