| 摘 要： | 介绍了中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司加氢裂化装置发生的一系列腐蚀问题。分析了腐蚀产生的原因,在此基础上提出了调整反应与分馏系统工艺和分馏系统流程优化改造的对策,全面解决了由于腐蚀导致轻石脑油质量不合格、重整进料焊板式换热器压力降高和精制反应器床层压降上升过快等问题。

| Abstract: | The corrosion problems in hydrocracking unit in SINOPEC Hainan Refining ＆ Chemical Co. , Ltd are introduced, and corrosion causes are analyzed. The process adjustment of reaction and fractionation systems and optimization revamping of fractionation system have solved the problems of off - specification of light naphtha, higher pressure drop of welded plate heat exchanger of reformer and rapid rise of pressure drop in hydrotreating reactor bed. |
