香蕉形直线振动筛疲劳分析

摘    要:以4090香蕉形直线振动筛为分析对象,考虑铆钉联接对结构性能的影响,采用多点约束方法处理铆钉联接,建立有限元模型,对施加最大荷载时的振动筛做静力学分析,得到最大应力分布,确定结构最危险部位。考虑应力集中、疲劳缺口、尺寸、表面状态、加载方式等因素对结构疲劳寿命的影响,对材料的s-n曲线进行修正。在静力学分析结果的基础上,结合修正后的s-n曲线,对结构进行疲劳分析,最终得到振动筛疲劳寿命.

Fatigue Analysis of Banana-type Line Vibrating Screen

Abstract:Considering the effect of the rivet connection to the structure performance,multi-point constraints is adopted for the connection of rivet,the finite element model is built,and static analysis is done when the maximum load is imposed on the vibrating screen and then the maximum stress distribution is attained and the most dangerous position of the structure is certained with 4090 banana-type vibrating screen.Considering the stress concentration,fatigue gap,size,surface condition,loading and other factors on the impact of structural fatigue life,the material s-n curve is modified.On the base of the result of static analysis and the modified s-n curve,the fatigue of the structure is analysed,and the fatigue life of the vibrating screen is attained ultimately.
