| 摘 要： | 长春是吉林省大力推广天然气应用的主要地区,根据调查预测,该市天然气市场需求量到2015年将达到25.4×10~8m~3/a。根据天然气与可替代能源现有价格等热值直接成本对比和该市居民可支配收入以及其他行业附加值与经济收益分析判断,长春城市燃气、CNG和汽车工业产业链工业用户对天然气有较高的价格承受能力。通过分析,为进一步加大吉林省天然气开发建设力度及促进我国加快天然气价格机制改革提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | The use of natural gas is greatly urged in Changchun,Jilin province.It was estimated that the demand for natural gas will reach 25.4×108m3/a.In accordance of contrast of direct cost of equivalent thermal value of present replaceable energy resources price,analysis of income of the residents,added value and economic income of other industries,in Changchun,urban fuel gas,CNG,automobile industry customers have high admitting capacity of natural gas price.Through analysis,we provided data of policy making to promote development and construction of natural gas in Jilin province and speed up reform of natural gas price mechanism. |
