曼尼希碱复合缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能研究

摘    要:通过CMB-4510A缓蚀剂快速评定仪研究腐蚀溶液中曼尼希碱、硅酸钠及钼酸钠的单一配方以及复配对316L钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明,曼尼希碱、硅酸钠和钼酸钠各自的单一配方对316L钢均具有一定的缓蚀作用,其中曼尼希碱质量分数为0.075%,硅酸钠和钼酸钠质量浓度分别为150 mg/L和200 mg/L时表现出较好的缓蚀效果。当曼尼希碱缓蚀剂为主剂与硅酸钠和钼酸钠复配使用时,曼尼希碱质量分数为0.05%,硅酸钠质量浓度为200 mg/L;曼尼希碱质量分数为0.05%和钼酸钠质量浓度为150 mg/L时二元复配缓蚀荆的缓蚀效果更佳,明显高于单组分缓蚀剂。曼尼希碱质量分数为0.05%,硅酸钠和钼酸钠质量浓度分别为200 mg/L与50 mg/L时缓蚀效果更好,腐蚀速率为0.04mm/a,复配缓蚀剂具有协同效应,并且对316 L钢的,羔蚀有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:By using CMB- 4510A rapid assessment instrument for corrosion inhibitor, the corrosion inhibition of single formulation and their complex formulation of Mannieh base, sodium silicate and sodium molybdate for 316 L steel in corrosive solution was studied. The results show that the respective single formulation of Mannieh base, soldium silicate and sodium molybdate offers a certain degree of corrosion inhibition. The corrosion inhibition efficiency is higher at a dosage of 0. 075 % of Mannieh base, 150 mg/L of sodium silicate and 200 mg/L of solium molybdate. When Mannieh based is complexed with soldium silieate at 0.05 % of Mannich base and 200 mg/L of soldium silicate and with sodium molybdate at 0.05 % of Mannich based and 150 mg/L of sodium molybdate, the corrosion inhibition performance is higher than that of single formulation inhibitor. When the dosage is 0.05 % of Marmich base, 200 mg/L of sodium silicate and 50 mg/L of soldium molybdate, the corrosion inhibition efficiency is much better, and corrosion rate is 0.04 mm/yr. In addition, the complex inhibitor has synergetic effect and offers a eertain inhibition to pit corrosion of 316 L steel.
