摘    要:综述了采用溶胶-凝胶法、沉淀法、水热法、微乳液法、化学气相沉积法和液相浸渍法制备TiO_2-SiO_2复合氧化物的研究进展,详细分析了溶胶-凝胶法的不同制备条件对TiO_2-SiO_2复合氧化物性质的影响,添加SiO_2可改善TiO_2的比表面积和热稳定性。同时简要概述了TiO_2-SiO_2复合氧化物在光催化、异构化、氧化和酯交换反应以及作为催化剂载体方面的应用,并提出了目前研究中存在的问题及解决途径。

Abstract:TiO_2-SiO_2 composite oxide is a new catalytic material.A lot of research for the nanometer TiO_2-SiO_2 composite oxide has been carried out in recent years.In this paper,the latest technique progress in preparation of the oxide is summarized,namely sol-gel method,precipitation method,hydrothermal synthesis,microemulsion method,chemical vapor deposition and liquid phase impregnation method.Effects of the sol-gel preparation conditions on structure and properties of TiO_2- SiO_2 are discussed.Addition of SiO_2 can improve specific surface area and thermal stability of TiO_2. Applications of TiO_2-SiO_2 as a catalyst or a catalyst support to photocatalytic reactions,isomerization reactions,oxidation reactions and ester exchange reaction were overviewed.Some problems and the solution to them were mentioned.
