阴/阳离子有机蛭石制备及其对活性艳红的吸附性能研究

摘    要:采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)和十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)对钠基蛭石进行阴/阳离子有机蛭石的制备,并用红外光谱技术对改性蛭石进行了结构表征。改性后,表面活性剂离子进入蛭石晶片层间,在静态条件下,研究了阴/阳离子有机蛭石对活性艳红的吸附性能和吸附热力学,考察了投加量、吸附时间、pH值等因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:阴/阳离子有机蛭石对活性艳红的吸附效果比钠基蛭石有较大提高,阴/阳离子有机蛭石的投加量为0.35g/L,吸附时间为30min,pH=7,去除率可达96%;热力学分析表明,等温吸附规律可用Freundlich和Langmuir模式较好地模拟;热力学函数ΔG〈0,表明该吸附过程为自发过程;ΔH=7.396J/mol,说明该吸附过程为吸热过程,同时ΔS=29.90J/(mol.K),说明吸附过程熵增加占主导作用.

Abstract:Many anion-cation organic vermiculite samples were prepared by reaction of Na-vermiculite with CTMAB and SDS.The modified vermiculite was characterized by FTIR techniques.The ion of the surfactants had entered into the chip layer of the vermiculite.The characteristics and thermodynamics of the adsorption of reactive brilliant red in aqueous solution by anion-cation organo vermiculite under static conditions were investigated,and the effects of dosage of anion-cation organo vermiculite,reaction time and pH value on the adsorption efficiency were examined.Results showed that the adsorption of reactive brilliant red by anion-cation organo vermiculite was better than that of the original vermiculite.Under the conditions of dosage of anion-cation organo vermiculite vermiculite added 0.35g/L,reaction time 30 minutes and pH 7.0,The removal rate could be up to 96%.Thermodynamic analysis showed that: isothermal adsorption law can well be described by Freundlich and Langmuir models.The thermodynamic equilibrium functions were calculated,ΔG0,ΔH=7.396J/mol,ΔS=29.90 J/(mol·K),so the anion exchange process was endothermic,spontaneous and entropy increasing.
