连铸结晶器保护渣的凝固温度

摘    要:研究了CaO-SiO2-Na2O-CaF2-Al2O3-MgO渣系凝固温度的影响因素。该连铸保护渣的凝固温度随渣中CaO/SiO2、Na2CO3和CaF2含量的增加而逐渐降低,加入5.5%-7.5%的MgO,可提高凝固温度的稳定性。

Abstract:The influence factors on solidification temperature of CaO SiO2 Na2O CaF2 Al2O3 MgO fluxes system have been studied in this paper. With CaO/SiO2, Na2CO3 and CaF2 content in mold fluxes increasing, the solidification temperature of fluxes dropped, and the stability of solidification temperature could be enhanced by adding 5.5%~7.5% MgO.
