| 摘 要： | 通过马钢环境管理内容和要求的梳理分析、优化归类,结合污染源在监控要求、大气环境视频监控现状及主要污染物特别是SO2总量减排的实际需要,组织开发信息化综合管理集成系统,将原先分散、离线的静态管理转变为集中、在线的动态管理,实现数据采集分析、设施在线监控、污染预测预警、考核高效准确的一体化功能,进一步提高环境管理效率与水平。

| Abstract: | According to the requirement of the Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems,the situa-tion of atmosphere quality video monitoring systemsm,especially the need of SO2 reduction,we develop the integrated management system of environmental information through analyzing the contents and re-quirement of our environmental management.This system turns the decentralized and off-line static management into centralized and on-line dynamic management.Through this system,data acquisition and analysis,environmental facilities on-line monitoring,pollution forecasting and early warning,high efficiency and accuracy assessment level can be improved. |
