摘 要: | 研究了常化温度和退火温度对冷轧无取向硅钢的显微组织和磁性能的影响。结果表明,常化温度升高,铁损呈先降低后升高的趋势,磁感应强度波动程度小。退火温度升高,铁损逐步降低,磁感应强度同样波动程度小。在常化1000℃-1050℃+退火925℃-1025℃下能获得最佳磁性能,最佳磁性能P1.5/50=2.5W/kg-2.9W/kg、磁感B50=1.74-1.76T。

Effect of normalizing and annealing process on the magnetic property of the non-oriented silicon steel 50 W470 H |

Abstract: | The effect of normalizing temperature and annealing temperature on microstructure and magnetic properties of the cold -rolled non -oriented silicon steel sheets was studied.The results showed that the iron loss decreased firstly and then increased and the intensity of magnetization had a small fluctuation with the increasing of normalizing temperature.The iron loss decreased and the inten-sity of magnetization also had a small fluctuation with the increasing of annealing temperature.The best magnetic properties was achieved with the normalizing temperature is 1000~1050℃and the annealing temperature is 925~1025℃, the P1.5/50 =2.5~2.9 W/kg and the B50 =1.74T-1.76T. |
