| 摘 要： | 针对当前高校校园网建设中所遇到的问题，结合vpn技术的特点，提出将vpn技术应用在高校网络的建设中，用于提供低成本、高效、安全的网络数据传输，解决非校园网用户访问图书馆电子资源的问题。
