| 摘 要： | 概述了国内外低碳经济发展的要求和趋势,介绍了建材工业的发展状况以及建材工业能源消耗、固体废物利用和主要污染物排放水平和治理现状;指出了我国建材行业在节能减排、污染防治方面与世界发达国家的差距以及存在的诸多问题;最后提出了为实现建材行业节能减排目标的几个方面的建议。
