| 摘 要： | 该文通过分析股权结构，治理机制和公司绩效的之间的关系，提出了股权结构、治理机制和公司绩效的关系模型，认为股权结构是通过与治理机制发生作用从而影响公司绩效，并通过对股权结构和治理机制作用的具体分析，初步得出了股权结构同治理机制的作用模型。最后通过规范的数据收集整理，对提出的关系模型和分析结论进行了数据验证，从而得出研究结论。

| Abstract: | Based on the studies of great amount of material at home and a broad, this paper summarizes the theories and finds the emphases of this paper, then analyses the relationship of ownership structure, governance mechanism and corporate performance, puts forward the relationship model of the three as well as the conclusion. Finally, after the normative investigation and data analysis, this paper tests the hypothesis and draws the conclusion. |
