摘    要:以铝合金薄壁件为加工对象,采用单因素实验方法,研究高速铣削时切削参数对切削力的影响。通过实验分析切削速度、每齿进给量、径向切深和轴向切深对切削力的影响规律,力求为合理选择高速切削加工参数提供可靠依据。

Abstract:The thin-walled aluminum alloy work piece is investigated,the influences of cutting parameters on cutting force under high speed milling are researched by single factor experiments.The effect rules of cutting force with cutting speed,feed per tooth,the radial depth of cut and cutting depth are obtained by experiments.The results provide credibility bases for selecting the appropriate cutting parameters.
