| 摘 要： | 随着独立学院发展的日趋完善，学科竞赛已成为其实践教学环节中不可或缺的部分。浙江理工大学科艺学院以全国大学生管理决策模拟大赛为例，阐述了在组织管理独立学院学生学科竞赛中的若干体会和相关做法，并为此进行了深入的思考。

| Abstract: | Perfecting the operations of independent colleges is a critical part of teaching. Taking the national simulation of management decision-making competitions as an example, the Keyi College of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University has accumulated experience in academic competition organization and management. This paper describes the experience and thought process involved in organizing and managing economics and management academic competitions. |
