摘    要:在孔加工过程中,深孔加工机床出现的颤振会导致加工精度降低、加工效率下降、刀具与机床寿命缩短以及产生有害噪声。通过对颤振产生的机理进行分析,设计了基于磁流变效应的自适应颤振抑制装置;建立了深孔加工的动力学模型与动力学方程,并通过MATLAB Simulink进行仿真分析;在不同转速下对比安装与未安装减振器系统的振动情况,验证了该装置对颤振的抑制作用。

Abstract:Chatter on deep hole drilling machine in deep hole processing will lead to precision reduction,low machining efficiency,shortened machine life,tool life and harmfull noises.By analyzing the mechanism of the chatter,a self-adaptive flutter suppression device was designed.The relevant dynamics model and equations were introduced and the simulation analysis was carried out through MATLAB Simulink.By comparing the chatters in the system with and without a damper at different rotating speeds,it was found that the device can suppress the flutter.
