CFRP深孔内齿槽镗削专用镗杆的设计

摘    要:针对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)制件深孔内齿槽镗削的加工,设计了一种具有导向支撑结构和刀尖自动伸缩功能的专用镗杆。利用ANSYS Workbench分别对普通刀杆和专用镗杆进行静力学分析,结果表明专用镗杆的受力变形较小,具有较高的静刚度。联合Hypermesh与ANSYS分别对普通镗杆和专用镗杆进行动力学分析,结果表明专用镗杆的固有频率并没有降低,且能有效减小共振振幅,具有良好的动态性能。

Abstract:Through the study of deep-hole-groove boring of CFRP,an appropriative boring bar with a guide support structure and automatic telescopic knifepoint was designed.The static analysis of the boring bars were calculated by ANSYS Worckbench,the result has shown that the deformation caused by cutting force of the appropriative boring bar was lesser,which means that the appropriative boring bar had a higher static stiffness.The dynamics analysis of the boring bars were calculated by Hypermesh and ANSYS.Compared to a common bar,the inherent frequency of the appropriative boring bar was not reduced,but the resonance amplitude was reduced effectively.The results has shown that the appropriative boring bar has better dynamic characteristics.
