发动机连杆衬套过盈量求解分析

摘    要:连杆衬套和连杆小头以过盈配合的方式联接,选取合理的过盈量至关重要。以某型号发动机为例,在满足过盈配合时连杆衬套所需传递的力、扭矩的前提下,考虑连杆衬套装配时的径向变形,合理选取过盈量,确保活塞销正常装配。对连杆衬套和连杆小头的接触过程进行有限元仿真,进一步验证过盈量的选取范围的合理性。

Abstract:Connecting rod bushing and small head joins in interference fit way,and choosing reasonable amount of interference is very important.Take a specific type of engine as an example,considering the radial assemble of connecting rod bushing,selecting reasonable interference to ensure the normal assemble of the position pin under meet the needs of force and torque of the connecting rod bush is expected to pass.Using the finite element method to analysis the contact process of connecting rod small end components,and further verify the rationality of the range of interference.
