负载率对多层复合化学涂层工艺稳定性影响的研究

摘    要:从改变负载率入手,借助球痕仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、EDX等先进检测设备,研究多层复合化学涂层工艺的稳定性问题。结果表明,负载率不可能超过50%,大多看似不同的装载量,单层负载率较高,其实总负载率约为10%-20%,对涂层工艺的稳定性影响较小,产品性能总体稳定,总负载率大于20%以上的稳定性情况还有待进一步验证。

Abstract:In this paper,from the change of load rate,with the aid of ball mark,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,EDX and other advanced testing equipment,the stability of multilayer composite coatings on chemical process is studied.The result shows that the load rate cannot exceed 50%,most of the seemingly different loading capacity,single load rate is higher,but the total load rate of about 10%-20%,less influence on the stability of the coating process,the product performance is generally stable,the situation of the total load rate being greater than the stability of more than 20% remains to be verified.
