摘    要:强化研磨是一种新型轴承强化加工方法,集合了强化塑性、研磨微切削以及摩擦化学加工技术。在额定转速时对喷射角度进行单一变量试验,检测轴承套圈内圈沟道表面粗糙度与硬度的变化,分析喷射角度对加工质量的影响及作用机制,并探讨粗糙度与硬度的分布均匀性,以提高加工质量。

Abstract:Reinforced grinding is a new type of bearing reinforcement processing method,which is a set of the strengthening of plastic,micro cutting grinding and tribochemistry processing technology.The jet angle single variable test is done at the rated rotate speed of the workpiece to detect the changes of surface roughness and hardness of inner raceway on the bearing rings.The effect and mechanism of changes of jet angle on the machining quality are analyzed and the uniformity distribution of the roughness and hardness are explored to improve the quality of processing.
