摘    要:为了提高刀具的齿形精度,采用包络法计算刀具刃口齿形。根据二次包络环面蜗杆成型原理,提出了用包络法建立蜗轮齿面数学模型的方法,推导了蜗轮在中间平面齿形方程,即刀具刃口齿形方程,并利用MATLAB软件绘制出刀具刃口齿形。基于逆向工程的思想,用Pro/E软件建立了蜗杆三维模型。结果表明:蜗杆齿槽在轴向截面齿形与包络法计算得到的刀具刃口齿形一致。

Abstract:In order to increase the accuracy of tool edge tooth profile,a new method named envelope method for calculating tool edge tooth profile is used.According to forming principle of the double-enveloping hourglass worm,a mathematical model of worm gear tooth surface is established by using the envelope method and the tooth profile equation of the worm gear in the middle plane is derived,which is the tool edge tooth profile equation.The tool edge tooth profile is drawn with MATLAB software.Based on the idea of reverse engineering,a 3D model of worm is established with Pro/E software.The result shows that the worm cogging in the axial section is the same as tool edge tooth profile.
