| 摘 要： | 为了实现疵布数据在纺织厂局域网内的共用和整理车间生产管理信息的有效集成,针对整理车间在生产管理方面的实际需求,对车间的整个生产工艺流程进行了研究,开发出一种Client/Server模式的疵布信息管理系统。利用数据库技术、网络技术提出了一种通用的疵点编码规则和疵布数据整合策略,并用程序算法进行了设计与实现,解决了疵布名称在不同车间重复的现象,实现了生产管理信息的有效集成,同时对系统设计过程中遇到的技术难点进行了分析,并对系统的主要功能、数据库的逻辑结构设计进行了介绍。实际应用表明,疵布信息管理系统实现了疵布数据的集中式管理,降低了劳动力成本,提高了车间的工作效率。
