响水电站钢岔管结构安全因素的探讨

摘    要:响水电站岔管属国内目前自行制作的巨型钢岔管 ,采用了近年研制的WDL系列 60 0MPa级高强钢制作。由于特定条件下岔管未作水压试验 ,本文着重从焊接残余应力问题和材料及焊接接头的可靠性两方面探讨影响岔管结构安全的因素 ,尤其对高强调质钢是否须作退火消应提出具体的看法

Abstract:Steel fork pipe of Xiangshui Hydropower Station is large-size one made in China,it was made of 600Mpa steel,WDL series,produced in home.Hydraulic pressure test has not been conduced on the pipe.The paper studies factors influenced safety of fork pipe structure from two aspects:weld residual stress and the reliability of weld joints,specially the issue of annealing for eliminating stress of high strength steel.
