轿车保险杠系统低速正面碰撞性能的仿真研究

摘    要:在汽车低速碰撞过程中,保险杠系统对汽车的碰撞安全性起至关重要的作用。文章运用加速度平均值、最大加速度和加速度均方根值及变形量,分别对概念吸能型保险杠系统与普通型保险杠系统进行低速情况下的正面碰撞仿真,评价两者的碰撞性能。仿真结果显示,概念保险杠系统的碰撞性能明显优于普通型保险杠系统。于此,作者对该保险杠系统的进一步改进提出了建议。

Abstract:The bumper system plays a very important role for the collision safety of a car at a low-speed. The frontal collision simulation for the conceptual absorbing bumper system and the conventional bumper is conducted at low-speed. The evaluating indices (acceleration mean value,maximum acceleration,mean square root acceleration value and deformation) are used to analyze the collision performance. The results obtained show that the collision safety of the absorbing bumper system is much better than that of the conventional bumper system. At last,a suggestion for improving collision safety of the bumper system is offered.
