PRODUCTION OF MICROFILAMENTS ON CONVENTIONAL PET HIGH SPEED SPINNING EQUIPMENTS

The technology of producing microfilaments on conventional PET high speed spinning machine and its accessary equipments is explored.it is indicated that the effective ways to solve the problems of bad dyeability and damage of microfilaments are the careful selection of suitable spinneret and guarantee of the assembly's quality in addition to the higher spinning speed and lower drawing ratio. Besides ,precision control and stability of technological parameter are also the key points to the quality of microfilaments.
