由喷管临界压力比确定安全阀临界压力比的计算公式

摘    要:在安全阀临界压力比分析研究的基础上,提出了一种确定安全阀临界压力比的计算公式,安全阀临界压力比主要受喷管临界压力比和阀瓣流阻系数的影响。由于管临界压力比可确定安全阀临界压力比。由于阀瓣流阻系数过大,安全阀一般处于亚临界流动状态。

Abstract:The formula of the critical pressure ratio for safety valve is proposed.The experiment results show that the critical pressure ratio for safety valve is affected by the critical pressure ratio for nozzle and the resistance coefficient for valve disc,safety valve is always in sub-critical flow state because the resistance coefficient of valve disc is greater.
