Abstract:Remote field eddy current technique combined with computer technique and finite element analysis was used to examine the inservice ferromagnetic heat exchanger tubing. It was helpful to evaluate the service life of a heat exchanger tubing accurately, so that measures could be taken in time to ensure safe operation for devices.
