Pretreatment Technique for Enhancing Water Injection Capacity in Strong Water-sensitive Formations |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the formation damage mechanism of the low porosity and low permeability and strong water-sensitive reservoirs in the water injectors in Baobei Block, Baolang oilfield, the laboratory research results of water injector pretreatment technique and the field pilot effects. It provides successful experiences on waterflooding in strong water-sensitive reservoirs in low porosity and low permeability oilfields. |
